Violin Performances in Cherry Hill – Graduation Recitals!

For the past 2 weekends we have held graduation recitals at our studio. Students who have completed their lesson book had the opportunity to play their entire book for an audience. We are so proud of the hard work these students put in! Everyone played with poise and confidence. This photo is one of our students playing Suzuki Book 2.

At our studio, we provide many performance opportunities for each student. This helps the students become more comfortable with performing for an audience, and builds their confidence. It also provides motivation for their daily practice, and a goal for them to aspire towards. Students practice more diligently when they have an upcoming recital. When a student has many performance experiences, they get a chance to “practice” performing and get over their nerves. I have seen many students who are apprehensive at their first recital, and then by June they already seem like pros!

Our spring recital is on June 9 at 6 PM and 8 PM at the Unitarian Universalist Church in Cherry Hill, NJ. It is open to the public, so if you are interested in violin lessons near Moorestown, Cherry Hill, Haddonfield, Voorhees, or surrounding areas, come by and check it out!
