Instructors & Lessons

Founded by husband and wife team Marco & Mary Lucchi, Lucchi Violin Studio offers private and group violin lessons to students of all ability levels, beginner to advanced, in Cherry Hill and convenient to Moorestown, Mount Laurel, Haddonfield, Voorhees, and surrounding areas. We also offer audition preparation for the All South Jersey and All State Orchestra auditions. Our instructors teach both traditional and suzuki lessons, depending on the individual needs of the student, whether they are a young beginner or an advanced student on the college level.

Individual and Group Lessons at Lucchi Violin Studio

The students have weekly violin lessons (30, 45, or 60 minutes depending on age and ability), and suzuki students would also participate in a group class which meets every other week. Students are given the opportunity to perform in at least two recitals per year, and to participate in the NJ American String Teacher’s Association’s Certificate Program for Strings. We also do orchestra and college audition preparation for advanced students. Many of our present and past students have won auditions for All South Jersey Orchestra, All State Orchestra, Temple Prep Orchestras, Philadelphia Sinfonia, and the Philadelphia Youth Orchestra, and some have been admitted to prestigious collegiate music programs.
